Dr. Jani, is the provider who requested this test most often. He has agreed that when a patient comes in with a requisition from him that we should order the following:

• NMR Particle Testing:    NMR LipoProfile w/IR Markers. 
• To order this test you must order a .Mayo Miscellaneous using the Mayo Code: FNMRM and the Test Name: NMR LipoProfile w/IR Markers

 For all other providers: Order:

• a Lipid Profile (in-house test)
• HSCRP (in-house test)
• Lp(a) Ordered as a: Lp(a) Cholesterol, S in Cerner
