Urinary Sources: Bladder, Kidney, Prostatic, Renal

Other Sources: Biliary, Salivary

Volume: Send entire dried calculi specimen

2. Indicate Stone collection method : Spontaneously Passed

                                                            Surgically removed

                                                            Lithotripsy
