Hemagglutination

Blood and urine are required.

Please provide the following:

1. Discontinued bag of blood to Blood Bank along with administration set and any attached solution as well as all related paperwork.

2. Minimum of one full pink-top (EDTA) tube.

3. First voided urine after the reaction was noted.

Monday through Sunday

An interpretive report will be provided.
