Neuroradiology/target range patient specific and subject to physician’s discretion during the case 1.5 – 2.0 times the baseline value102-146 seconds
Electrophysiology (EP) 200 – 400 seconds
Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO)/target range procedure determined for each patient in the physician’s order (Cardiohelp) 200 – 220 seconds with an upper limit of 240 seconds (Usually measure PTT of 40 secs)
Cardiac catheterization/target range procedure and patient-specific interventional catheterization (This is titled Interventional Catherization Patient on the EMR result interpretation) 170 – 230 seconds for patients receiving platelet
GpIIb-IIIa inhibitors and 200 – 240 seconds for patients not receiving platelet Gpllb – IIIa inhibitors
Cardiac surgery/target ranges may vary with procedure:

Baseline –  90 – 130 seconds

Heparin Bolus – > 400 seconds

On Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) regardless of the surgical procedure – greater than 450 seconds

Off CPB Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) -  greater than 400 seconds

Therapeutic bivalirudin for CPB- Initial ACT, greater than 400 seconds
