Minimum of one full pink-top (EDTA) tube. Transport refrigerated.

NOTE 1:

Transfusion candidates MUST be wearing a valid Blood Bank Identification wristband.

Blood Bank identification number on wristband MUST be present on blood specimen tube.

NOTE 2:

Pooled (5 unit) products are available.
