Specimen Requirements
Serum
Minimum one full plain, red-top tube or serum gel tube.
Transport refrigerated.
Urine
Entire refrigerated 24-hour urine collected in plastic urine container with NO preservative.
Transport refrigerated.
NOTE:
Serum specimen should be obtained during the 24-hour period of urine collection.
Patient height and weight must be obtained.
