At Beebe we have the following orderable tests: ANA 

                                                                             ANA with reflex to ENA

In general: If an ANA with reflex is requested, order the ANA (which will reflex to the ANA titer)                                                               

Lawrence Kemp, MD : If he requests an ANA with Reflex, he just wants the ANA to reflex to a Titer. Order ANA at Beebe Heathcare.
